It is right because in Kerala ...."Kerala model " is working properly and it raises the demographic structure of that state....

Poverety ratio is low in Kerala due to its progress in Infant mortality rate, literacy rate and higher life expectancy rate. Also, Kerala has high participation by people and activism at levels. Programmes that aimed at fair and equal distribution of resources has helped in equalising keeping poverty in check.
