Yes, It is called as horizontal power sharing as the power of govt is shared between different organs equally. No on tends to be powerful than other and are dependent of each. It is also called as Checks and Balances as the organs check each other and balance the disputes among them. These are in countries like India follow both vertical and horizontal means of power sharing.
