Hello Dear.

Here is the answer---

→→→→→→→→

Given Conditions ⇒

Mass(m) = 120 kg.
Velocity = 4.5 m/s.

Taking g = 10 m/s²

∴ Force = m × g
             = 120 × 10
             = 1200 N.

Now,
Using the Formula,

  Power = Force × Velocity.
             = 1200 × 4.5.
             = 5400 W.
             = 5.4 kW.

∴ The Power Required to raise the body vertically upwards is 5.4 kW.

→→→→→→→→

Hope it helps.
