Let fixed car get be x and for distance covered be y
Atq 12x+y=89 equation 1 and 20x+y=145 equation 2 sove these equations by elimination method then x=7 and y=5 fare for 30km=30x+y=215

If it is 145 for 20 km, then it will be 145+145/2
=145+72.5
=217.5
