triangle AQP is similar to ADC,by Angle-Angle similarity criterion,as,PQ is parallel to CD.
So,
AQ/AD=AP/AC
Triangle APR is similar to ACB by A-A similarity criterion,as,PR is parallel to BC.
SO,AP/AC=AR/AB.
From the above two equations
AQ/AD=AR/AB.
HENCE PROVED
So,
AQ/AD=AP/AC
