∠QPT=60°

∠OPT= 90°( Radius is perpendicular to the tangent)

So,

∠OPQ=90°- 60°= 30°

OP = OQ( radius of the same circle)

∠OPQ = ∠OQP= 30°

∠POQ= 180 - (30+30)

= 180 - 60°= 120°

∠PAQ= 60°( Angle made by chord to the center is double of angle to the arc)

Now, PARQ is cyclic

So,

∠PAQ+∠PRQ = 180°

=>60°+ ∠PRQ = 180°

=>∠PRQ= 180 - 60 = 120°
