Using Pythagoras Theorm:

H^2 =P^2+B^2

PR^2 = PQ^2+QR^2

(20)^2= 2(PQ)^2--{Given PQ =QR}

400^2=2(PQ)^2

2(PQ)^2=400

2(PQ)= ROOT400

2PQ= 20

PQ = 20 / 2

PQ= 10

Nd QR =10

Area = 1/2 B × H

so, 1/2 × 10 ×10

= 50cm^2
