PQR is a right angled triangle, right angled at P.PS is perpendicular to QR. If PQ =10 cm, QR=24cm and PR=26cm.Find:
(a) the area of ∆PQR.
(b) length of PS.

base- pq=10cm
hypotenuse-qr=24cm
height=PR=26cm

so,
a) area=1/2bh
=1/2×10×26
by cancelling 2 and 10 we get,
5×26
=130cm^2
