$QR ^{2} =PQ ^{2} +PR^{2}$

$\implies QR^{2} = {(10cm)}^{2} + {(24cm)}^{2}$

$\implies QR^{2} = {100cm}^{2} + {576cm}^{2}$

$\implies QR^{2} = 676 {cm}^{2}$

$\implies QR = \sqrt{ 676 {cm}^{2} }$

$\orange{\therefore QR = 26cm}$
