Solution:

Since ST is a straight line so,

∠PQS+∠PQR = 180° (linear pair) and

∠PRT+∠PRQ = 180° (linear pair)

Now, ∠PQS + ∠PQR = ∠PRT+∠PRQ = 180°

Since ∠PQR =∠PRQ (as given in the question)

∠PQS = ∠PRT.

(Hence proved).
