Side of triangle PQR = QR = 15 cm

Side of triangle of LMN = MN = 10 cm

BY Theorem :- the ratio of the area of two similar triangles is equal to the ratio of the square of the corresponding sides of similar triangles .

\dfrac{\text{Area of triangle PQR}}{\text{Area of triangle LMN}}=\dfrac{QR^2}{MN^2} \\ \implies\dfrac{15^2}{10^2}\\ \implies \dfrac{9}{4}

\sf\dfrac{ar(∆PQR)}{ar(∆LMN)} =\dfrac{9}{4}
