2.With the help of center {Q} draw angle of 120°.

3.Take a point Z on Q ray.

4.Take Q As center draw arc of 4.5cm on QZ.

5.Take the point as P.

6.Now draw an arc of 5.8cm from point R.

7. Then the arc join a point name it as S.

8.Join PS and SR.

Hence you got the required quadrilateral.
