ANSWER.

✦PART (a )

☞GIVEN .

Hight = 7.6 cm. Base = 12cm

✺FORMULA USED.

Area of parllagram =. Base × Height

✍SIMPLIFICATION. =>

AREA OF PARLLAGRAM

 = 7.6 \times 12

91.2 {cm}^{2}

✦PART. ( b)

✺FORMULA. USED

AREA = BASE × HEIGHT

☞GIVEN

PS = 8cm

Area = 91.2 cm² ( just proved above. )

prove = QN ?

✍SOLUTION

AREA = BASE × HEIGHT

91.2 {cm}^{2}  = 8 \times height

.
. .

height =  \frac{91.2 {cm}^{2} }{8}

height = 11.4 cm

HENCE
(a) 91.2 cm²

(b) 11.4 cm
