pqrs is a parallelogram pm is the height 9 from p to sr and pn is the height from p to qr if sr =10cm and pm=5.6cm find the area of the parallelogram pqrs and find pn if qr=7cm

area of a parallelogram=base*corresponding height
area of parallelogram PQRS=SR*PM
                                              =10*5.6
                                               =56 cm square
to find pn:-
we know that PN*QR=56 cm square
PN*7=56 cm square
therefore,PN=56/7=8 cm
