given that,
In PQRS parallelogram,
PQ=26cm
QR=20cm
distance between longer sides =12.5cm
(i) Area of parallelogram=base ×height cm^2
=PQ×h
=26×12.5
=325 cm^2
(ii)Area of parallelogram=base×height
height=Area/base
distance b/wshorterside=325/20
=65/4
=16.25cm

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

given that,

In PQRS parallelogram,

PQ=26cm

QR=20cm

distance between longer sides =12.5cm

(i) Area of parallelogram=base ×height cm^2

=PQ×h

=26×12.5

=325 cm^2

(ii)Area of parallelogram=base×height

height=Area/base

distance b/wshorterside=325/20

=65/4

=16.25cm
