∆PSQ & ∆SQR are right angle triangle with base SR &height PQ & SR resp.
using Pythagoras theorem we can prove that area of both the triangle's are equal.

Here to show that tri(PSQ)= tri(SRQ)
Reasons:
Opposite sides of quadrilateral is equal
{ line PS = QR , PQ =SR ( given ) }( 2 side of triangle proved same )
Diagonal SQ is a side of both the triangle ( second side proved same )
Thus, it is proved that tri PSQ= tri SRQ
