OAEB is an sector of radius OA=OB=10root2
Area of sector=90/360*22/7*10root2*10root2
=1100/7=157.14cm2
Area of OAB=1/2*10root2*10root2
=100cm2
Area of shaded region=area of rectangle ABCD-(area of sector OAEB-area of OAB)
=200-(157.14-100)
=200-57.14
=142.86cm2
Hence area of shaded region =142.86cm2
