PQRS is a rhombus
∠QPS  = 50°

As rhombus is also a  parallelogram thus 

∠QPS + ∠RQS = 180°
50°  + ∠RQS  = 180°
∠RQS  =  130°

we have to find the angle ∠rqs.

As the opposite angle of rhombus are equal.

⇒ ∠1=∠2=50°

By angle sum property of triangle,

∠2+∠3+∠4=180°

⇒ ∠2+∠3+∠3=180°      (∵qr=rs)

⇒ 50°+2∠3=180°

⇒ 2∠3=180°-50°=130°

∠3=65°=∠rqs
