PQRS the diameter of a circle of radius 6 cm the length of PQ ,QR and RS are equal semicircles are drawn on PQ and QS as diameter as shown in the figure find the area of shaded region

solve it like this
take pq = qs = 3cm
then take out the value of ps semicircle and subtract it from qs semicircle
then value of PQ semicircle
