Answer:

(a+b)^2 +(a-b)^2=2(a^2+b^2)

(a^2 + b^2 + 2ab) +( a^2+b^2-2ab)= 2a^2+2 b^2

a^2+a^2 +^2+b^2 =2a^2 +2b2

2a^2+2b^2=2a^2+2b^2

therefore LHS=RHS

(a+b)²+(a-b)²=2(a²+b²)

a²+b²+2ab+a²+b² -2ab=2a²+2b²

2a²+2b²=2a²+2b²
