Well, I do agree. Its true that telephone technology has changed, from the early years we did not have the access to use Smart phones;which we are using now.Its certainly true that jobs are available only to educate persons. That's right, most of the people in India are illeterate and that's because of the unbiosness and lack of unity between people.Well..its hard to say wether the latest technology is biosed, but still it's not completely correct.

Hope it helps you.

Answer:

hello

Explanation:

It is true that change in technology made communication faster and easily available to all.

We had landline phone which was used to book a trunk call for talking to people outside.Today mobile phones have come into use. This change has created many new jobs.

I do not agree with Prabhavati's statement that technology is biased to the educated. It is because telephone technology created new jobs which employs literates and illiterates to work in multinational companies.

1)In production of mobile handsets.

2)In telephone booths.

3)Mobile sales.

4)Repair and Recharge/top-up coupons shops.
