I feel miserable when my elder sister says "you might practice and practice more sample papers of maths for scoring good marks in board exams".

Ok as per your question to use them separately i noticed that their spellings were different. They usually have almost same meaning but somewhat different meanings also.

Practice- I do piano practice every sunday to improve my musical skills.

Practise-she practised law for forty years.

Or

They gather here to practise religion.

These both words have many meanings and based upon their meanings you can design your sentence.
