Some of the teachers of our school us necessary guidelines . Now what we need most is to prepare and decorate the school playground for this purpose .

I am student of class , section of your school . This year the teachers has planned a trip to Taj Mahal this summer. But the majority of the student want to go to waterpark and some students also want to visit a farmhouse to experience the native life .I request you to change our school trip destination and hold a voting to know each person opinion .I think we should plan a trip to a cultural place to learn something about our culture heritage or maybe a wild life can also be great experience .
Kindly change the decided destination and plan a trip in which the students can have fun as well as learn something new.

Subject: Street light of ( locality name ) don't function as required .
Respected sir
I am a resident of ( locality name) . I would like to draw your attention to the I'll condition of the streetlights .
The streetlights are just built their but don't work as required. The locality is dark as a dungeon night . There are many residents who works till late night and feel frightened to walk on the street due to the darkness around.
There are many cases of robbery in the locality due the dark environment . First the streets were full of people , there were many children playing in the local park . But now the streets ,are empty as the children and residents are scared to go on the street because of the animals as well as thieves on the dark roads .
It has been since 5 months that are residents are complaining that about issue. There are no new street light build nor the old ones are repaired .
Please take the required action to make the residents live a comfortable life .
