Pradhan Mantri Sri Narendra Modi has launched Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana PMKVY scheme (skill development scheme) to enhance our country and to provide skills training to youth all over the country.

India is the country with the most youth population in the world and youth are indeed the future of the country, they need proper training and skills to become assets for themselves as well as the nation, so the motto of the PMKVY scheme is to achieve the same.

The skill development training is done based on National Skill Qualification (NSQF) and industry-led standards, this scheme will cover 24 lakh persons.
