If we're appointed as his mentor, I would say to him that he should never refrain from answering and questioning. But he should try to talk to teacher and get his doubt cleared when her teacher is free and is a state of mind to answer his questions

As Prakash is a clever boy he should ask question to the teacher while teaching for disturbing the class .

if I would be his classmate or teacher I would like to say him that asking question is a good habit but we should look the time the correct place where and when we are asking or questioning to someone we should always think that if we will ask something to anyone it should not disturb the class or anyone.
