Given:-

Pramod bought 100 bunches of methi greens = Rs 400

downpour 30 of the bunches on his handcart got spoilt he sold the rest at the rate of rs 5 each.

To Find:-

He make a profit or a loss.and how much.

Solution:-

\sf \: CP \: of \: 100 \: bunches \: of \: methi \: greens = \: Rs \: 400

\sf \: Number \: of \: bunches \: get \: spoiled \: = \: 30

\sf \: Number \: of \: bunches\: left \: = \: 100 \: − \: 30 = 70

SP of 1 bunch of methi greens = Rs 5

\sf \: Thus, \: selling \: price \: of \: 70 \: bunches \:  of \: methi \: greens

\sf\implies \: \: 5 × 70 = Rs \: 350

\sf Sp>Cp

\sf So,there\:is\:a\:loss

\sf\implies \: Loss = CP − SP

\sf\implies \: 400 − \: 350

\sf\implies{\boxed{\underline{\purple{ \: Rs \: 50}}}}

Hence, Pramod had a loss of Rs 50 in the deal.
