Here's the solution :

Let the present age of his sister be x years  .

Then present age of Pramod will be =  x - 15 years

Sister's age after 5 years = x + 5  years

Pramod's age after 5 years will be = x - 15 + 5 = x - 10 years 

Then, according to question :

(x - 10) = $\frac{1}{2}$(x + 5)

⇒ 2x - 20 = x + 5 

⇒ x = 25 years.

Therefore his sister's present age = x = 25 years

And Pramod's present age = x - 15 = 25 - 15 = 10 years
