Pranob Chattergee promises to Bikram Mondal to drop prosecution which he has instituted him for robbery. Bikram Mondal promises in return to restore value of things stolen i.e. Rs. 85 Lakh, Out of above amount Rs. 40 Lakh was paid but fails to pay remaining amount. Now Pranob ask for advice in above matter, considering provisions of Indian Contract Act, Advice to Pranob Chattergee.
