The modern classification of animals has not taken habitat of animals to classify them into different groups. Rather the anatomy, cytology etc are taken into consideration.

Arthropods means animals having jointed legs.
And prawns have jointed legs. They also satisfy many other criterion to be an arthropod. Like they are bilaterally symmetrical, triploblastic, have a exoskeleton made up of chitin etc.

Therefore, even if they are aquatic they are classified as arthropods.
