Answer:

This poem by William Cowper follows the abab rhyme scheme. The first line of a stanza rhymes with the third line, while the second line rhymes with the fourth.

As far as the figures of speech are concerned, personification is used throughout the poem. The nose, the eyes, the tongue and other facial features attributed with human qualities, so much so that the tongue "argued the cause,/With a great deal of skill, and a wig full of learning...", while the Ear plays the role of the baron to settle the dispute. Similes have been used twice in the poem - "As wide as the ridge of the Nose is...", "just like a saddle..". An interrogation occurs once in The Nose and the Eyes - "Pray, who would, or who could, wear spectacles then?".
