1. The glass measuring device should be perfectly calibrated.
2. The avoid the risk of loss, the amount of transfer of liquids should be as small as possible.
3. During the washing of precipitate, avoid over-washing
4. Precipitation should be free from contamination of other substances.
5. During filtration, size of the filter paper should be smaller than the size of the funnel.
