Predict the hybridisation of each carbon in the molecule of organic
compound given below. Also indicate the total number of sigma and pi
bonds in this molecule.

Its simple, just add the lone pairs and no. of sigma bonds of any atom and match the answer with the sum of power of s and p orbitals.

let me give you an example , in H2O molecule oxygen has 2 lone pairs and is making 2 sigma bonds . i.e. 2 + 2 = 4

For this hybridization will be Sp3

because the S has power 1 while P has power 3 , add it , the answer will be 4 , its matching ...
