XeF4- Xenon Tetra Fluoride.
Xe - Xenon- having 8 valence electrons 
Fluorine has 7 valence electrons.
So, sum of Valence electrons = 8+4(9)=36 electrons.
so It follows SP³d² hybridization.
There are six electron pairs around Xenon ( four bonding and two lone pair).
The electron arrangement is octahedral.
The shape is square planar because the lone pair prefer opposite corners of the octahedron
The bond angles will be 90 degrees and 180 degrees in the plane  of molecule.
The lone pair on Fluroine are not considered here.

This is a consequence of  Valence shell electron pair repulsion  theory , which correctly predicts the geometry of main group compounds on the basis of the number of electron pairs around a central atom.Around the central xenon atom there are  (8+4)

electrons, i.e. 6 electron pairs. The most energetically stable geometry around xenon is as an octahedron. And thus there are  4*Xe−F bonds  in the plane, and 2 lone pairs of electrons, which are normal to the plane:
