If the resistance becomes zero, then the amount of work that will have to be done by each unt test charge in flowing through the conductor will also become zero. Hence, the current or the rate of flow of charge will become infinite. This can be understood by the relation: V = IR.
If V and R both become zero, then I or the current will become infinite.
This is only a theoretical concept and is obviously not possible in real life.
