Equilibrium constant predicts the flow of the reaction, whether the reaction will be in forward direction or in backward direction.
High equilibrium constant signifies higher rate of forward reaction while lower rate signifies exactly the opposite phenomena which is backward reaction.
Here, as the first reaction H₂ + Cl₂ ⇄ 2HCl has the more equilibrium constant it'll go nearly to the completion producing almost optimum volume of product HCl.
But the reaction N₂ + O₂ ⇆ 2NO has a very low equilibrium constant which governs higher rate in backward reaction. Thus very little amount NO will be produced.
