area to be painted = LSA + ceiling area
= 2(bh+hl) + lb
= 2(18*5+15*5) + 18*15
= 2(90+75) + 270
= 2*165 + 270
= 330 + 270
= 600 m²
no. of cans = area / amount per can
= 600/120
= 5
therefore she'll need 5 cans of paint

Sahilkumar123: Please tall me what is meaning by LSA that you wrote in this question
rohanharolikar: LSA means Lateral Surface Are
rohanharolikar: *Area
rohanharolikar: it is the total surface area minus the top and bottom areas
rohanharolikar: so LSA of a room will be the area of its walls (not including ceiling and floor)
rohanharolikar: did you understand
rohanharolikar: if you did please mark as brainliest
rohanharolikar: thanks

dimensions:-
l = 18m
b = 15m
h = 5m

TSA= 2(lb+ bh+ hl)
= 2(270+75+90)
= 2* 435
= 870m^2

cans needed = 870/120
= 7.25 cans
