let c.p=x
s.p=(100+gain%)/100*c.p

s.p for prem=(120/100)*x

=6x/5=cp for dinesh

sp for dinesh=(110/100)6x/5

=66x/50=cp for sudir

sp for sudhir=(112.5/100)66x/50 =cp for prashant

and
cp of pranshant is 14850

then
(112.5/100)66x/50=14850

x=9183.67=cp for prem

if any doubt please ask

let prem's cp be rs. 100, then Cp of Dinesh= rs. 120

CP of sudhir= 110% of rs. 120= rs. 110/100×120= rs. 132

CP of Prashant= 112 1/2% of rs. 132= rs. 225/2×100 × 132 = rs. 297/2

when CP of Prashant is rupees 297/ 2 CP of Prem = rupees 100

when CP of Prashant is rupees 14850, CP of Prem equals to rupees 100×2/297×14850=10000
