Love is a feeling in which a person cares and things about everyone around him before thinking of himself. Love comes from within and a person who has a very kind heart can only be able to love someone because love means sacrifice.
Anyone who loves need to sacrifice one or the other thing in order to keep his loved ones happy. This quality of love can only be possessed by someone who truly has no selfishness and has a kind and big heart.
Selfishness, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of what love is. A selfish person is unable to love anyone except himself because all a selfish person can think off is himself and not anyone else.
This self-centred behaviour of a person makes his thinking narrow and contracted to himself only and this possesses a hurdle in the growth of his thinking.
