If you dissolve 90 g of acid in 1 liter of water then it will be 1 normal (N). To make 0.1 N you need to dissolve 9 g of oxalic acid in 1 liter. If you want to make 1 Molar acid you should dissolve 90 g of acid in 1 kg of water. 63g of oxalic acid 1000ml of solvent gives 1N solution of oxalic acid.
