It is true that the preparation for an event is often much more fun than the actual event. This happened recently while we were planning a surprise party for our parents' 25th Wedding Anniversary. My brothers and I had organized a huge party in the basement of our apartment, inviting all the relatives and our parents' friends. We had ordered a giant cake and booked with the caters with all their favourite dishes. It was all so much fun to keep running around to get things done and keeping it under the whispers because we didn't want them to have any idea at all. But once it was all out in the open, we were quite disappointed that it was over. Our parents, true, were heavily surprised, but the organization was much more enjoyable.
