Baking soda Preparation:The soda commonly used in the kitchen for making tasty crispy pakorasis baking soda. The chemical name of the baking soda is sodium hydrogen carbonate NaHCO3. Sometimes it is added for faster cooking. It is prepared from the sodium chloride.
