your question is not quite clear . red blood corpuscles are present in the blood . these are called RBC. RBCS LACK NUCLEUS AND OTHER ORGANELLES AS THEIR MEIN FUNCTION IS TRANSPORT OF GASES.
WHEN THE BLOOD IS TAKEN IN A TEST TUBE AND LEFT TO SEDIMENT THEN RBCS GET ACCUMULATED AT THE BOTTOM AND WBC AND PLATLETS FORM A THIN BUFFY COAT OVER IT AND PLASMA REMAINS AT THE TOP. IT IS OBSERVBED THAT 45% OF BLOOD IS MADE OF RBC THIS IS CALLED HAEMATOCRIT
