preparation of nitric acid

In order to prepare nitric acid take sodium nitrate and add conc. sulphuric acid to it. It forms nitric acid and potassium bisulphate.
NaNO3 + H2SO4 →NaHSO4 + HNO3

Note :Temperature must not exceed 200° C
