PREPARATION OF ORS

Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) is essential for maintaining the balance of water in One's body. To prepare this mixture, a few simple steps are to be followed. First, all things to be used for preparing the mixture, namely hands, pots, spoons and glass are to be washed. Then one litre water is boiled in a pot. After that the water is left to cool. Next, six teaspoonful sugar and half teaspoonful common salt are added to the water. Then the mixture is stirred well. Now it is ready for drinking.
