Soak about 100 g of Soyabeans in sufficient amount of water for 24 hrs.
Take two swollen Soyabeans and grind them to very fine paste.
Add 250 ml of water to this mixture and filter through muslin cloth.
Clear white filtrate is Soyabean milk.
Compare it with natural milk
Prepare curd from both milk.
You will find that both temperature are different.
