take onion peel or cheek cells under the observation of a professional and keep the obtained layer in water for 5 seconds and then stain them in saffranine and keep it for 8 seconds now transfer the stained tissue in water and to remove excess of stain now on watch glass put drop of glycerin and keep the stained tissue on it and cover it with a cover slip and keep it under a microscope sand adjust the view or zoom of microscope till you see a honeycomb like structure
