Preparatory Movement - 2
Raise your hands from both the sides (while inhaling) and slowly bring them at
shoulder height and parallel to the ground. Then while exhaling start bending
forward. Touch the thumb of the right foot by your left hand keeping the right
arm straight above. Again inhale and come back to the original position. Then
exhale slowly and start bending forward. Touch the toe of left foot by your
right hand keeping the left arm straight above. Inhale and take the original
position. While exhaling bring the arms down to the normal position.
