While inhaling, raise both of your arms from sides and bring the hands on the waist in
such a manner that fingers come to the front side and thumb at the back. While exhaling,
start bending forward with knees straight. Try to bring the head between the legs. While
inhaling come back to the original position. Then exhale and start bending backwards
keeping the knees straight. Try to bend as much as you can comfortably. Then exhale and
come back to the original position.
