On adding all the  digits of each row and each column  we get ,

R_1 =7 + 12 + 5 =24

R_2 = 6 + 8 + 10 = 24

R_3 = 11 + 4 + 9  = 24

Similarly ,

C_1 = 7 + 6 + 11 = 24

C_2 = 12 + 8 + 4 = 24

and C_3 = 5 + 10 + 9 = 24

Here, we can see that when we add all the digits from each row or  each column, the result is always 24.
