(4). 20 kilo calories of dietary fiber. Fruits, vegetables consists of high amount of dietary fiber.

(4). 0.081 kilo calories of vitamins. Sprouted, vegetables and fruits consists of high amount of vitamins.

(5). 10.20 kilo calories of minerals. Sprouted, vegetables and fruits consists of high amount of minerals.
